Project RIGHT
(Real Inclusion in Gender Health Treatment)
A social initiative aimed at changing the healthcare landscape for trans communities in Delhi.
The Project
The project started with a large-scale survey conducted by Mitr Trust for the transgender community in Sitapur, New Delhi. The insights gained from the survey helped construct the scope of Project RIGHT; which includes regular health camps, wellness seminars, and STI-panel checkups at the Mitr Trust to deliver subsidized or free-of-cost health services to trans individuals.
